A: Due to booking, we cannot accommodate tardiness, nor can we refund or discount the service time missed. Therefore, we always ask that you arrive early to guarantee that you get the most out of your scheduled treatment time.

Q: Can I leave gratuity on my credit card?
A: We currently cannot accept gratuities on credit cards, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: Can I purchase gift certificates?
A: Absolutely! Massage treatments are infallibly excellent gifts for your friends and loved ones. You may purchase gift certificates using this website with our secure server, or stop in the spa at any time during hours of operation.

Q: Do you offer packages?
A: Yes! Moon Spa & Massage is happy to reduce treatment prices for our frequent guests, so by purchasing a package of five or more, you will save an additional ten percent on each massage.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For booking purposes, Moon Spa & Massage has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card (or gift certificate) will be required to reserve your appointment, and the spa must be notified no later than your appointment time the day before if you need to make any changes. Failure to cancel will result in the full price of service being charged to your card, or forfeiture of the certificate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. (Note: Rescheduling on the day of the appointment is also a form of cancellation and will be dealt with accordingly.)

Q: What should I bring with me to the spa?
A: Moon Spa & Massage provides all equipment necessary to perform all of our services, so you do not need to bring anything special with you. We do recommend that you leave valuables at home, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
